Lead a Brand-New Urology Service Line in Watseka, IL — No Urology Experience Required Real-time mentorship from a board-certified urologist. Be the face of urology at Iroquois Memorial Hospital. Iroquois Memorial Hospital is partnering with VirtuCare to build a comprehensive urology service line, and we are looking for the Advanced Practice Provider who will lead it on the ground.

This is a rare chance to step into a service line on day one, learn urology from a board-certified urologist paired with you from the start, and grow with the practice as it scales. What makes this different from every other APP role No prior urology experience is necessary. If you have it, great.

If you don't, we will train you. We built a comprehensive training program for the outpatient urology clinic — videos, lectures, and onsite training. Just leave your ego at the door and bring curiosity.

Real-time physician support. You are paired with a remote board-certified urologist available before, during, and after clinic. This is not the typical "see the patient and call if you have questions" relationship — your urologist teaches and guides you in real time.

You are the face of the service line. Surgeons travel on-site for procedures; you own the outpatient experience. Patients build a relationship with you.

Career growth. As the service line scales, this role grows with it — into senior APP, team lead, and broader clinical leadership opportunities. The role Outpatient urology clinic at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka, Illinois Flexibility schedule for the right candidate No evenings, no weekends, no call Comprehensive outpatient care; you support post-operative management for surgical patients Who we are looking for Active NP or PA license in Illinois Master's-level degree Exceptional bedside manner — comfortable discussing sensitive issues with patients Curious, coachable, and ready to learn a new specialty Comfortable working independently with strong physician backup Excited about delivering high-impact care to a rural community that has not had local urology access
