Responsibilities Universal Health Services operates Forest View Hospital, a private 108 bed facility that serves children, adolescents and adults and has recently opened Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with the Trinity Health System, which serves 96 adult and geriatric patients. Position Description: The Nurse Talent Acquisition/Recruiter manages the recruitment and selection process for RNs and LPNs across the West Michigan market. This position includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, advertising programs, metrics, and recruitment related initiatives. They will directly post requisitions, source and interview candidates, negotiate salary, and hire qualified candidates.
This role ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements and relevant employment laws.
