In this role, you will: Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and professional standards of practice.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Delegate appropriate patient care activities to Technical Nurses, Patient Care Associates, and Sitters while maintaining overall accountability for assigned patients. Deliver care that is individualized to each patient's age, developmental stage, and unique healthcare needs.
