and Responsibilities As a Nurse Shift Manager in our Neuro Telemetry 4 West department, you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in acute care, LTC, or nursing homes adds tremendous value to our nursing team. Collaborates with other area supervisors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider. Assists in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan. Operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.

Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.
