Nurse Staff, Baylor Nights, 6T Medical Full Time

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to medical patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).

After one year, a nurse may be eligible to complete the chemotherapy medication administration certification course. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
