Nurse Technician EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT $29.5755/ hr Union: 1199 FULL-TIME 11 PM TO 7 AM 35 HOURS BI-WEEKLY Alternating weekends

Provide basic nursing care to patients appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Provide general aspects of care that meet psychosocial and/or physical needs. Assists in admissions, transfers, and discharge of patients.

Demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy and EKG Requirements/Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency Required Minimum of 1 year job-related experience. Completion of Phlebotomy and EKG Training Program. Completion of Nurse Technician Program Legible handwriting Good communication skills (written, verbal and telephone) BLS required Education High School Diploma/Equiv (required) Licenses and Certifications BLS CERT AMERICAN HEART (required)
