Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program , offering hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment. 🕘 175-hour training program provided if no prior experience ✅ Training completed during new hire orientation ⏱️ Must be completed within 90 days of hire (per state guidelines) 🫀 BLS required within one month of hire ✅ PCA competencies completed within 3 months ✅ Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC, enrollment in a healthcare high school program, or a current Mercy co-worker
