6+ years Nursing Experience preferred

Able to withstand sitting for prolonged periods preferred
Able to read, write and speak English fluently preferred
Possess manual dexterity, good eye/hand coordination and adequate vision needed in daily work preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant telephone voice preferred
Able to respond calmly and efficiently in crisis situations preferred
Able to maintain effective working relationship with callers, employees, guest and other agencies preferred
Possess a sense of professional pride and leadership qualities preferred

Able to appropriately respond to any situation given by the caller preferred
Work effectively, professionally, and autonomously requiring minimal supervision preferred
Able to work in confined spaces preferred
