Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses (RNs), the Nursing Assistant supports patient care by assisting with basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you'll play an important role in supporting patient comfort, safety, and quality care throughout their hospital stay. 💼 Work Information 🏥 Department: Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) ☀️
Day 💼 Status: Full-Time 🩺 Work Environment: Inpatient cardiovascular care 🤝 Role Focus: Direct patient care, comfort, safety, and nursing support Qualifications 🎓 Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required Post-high-school specialized training preferred Licensure & Certification Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
