Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment. Variable 💼 Status: PRN 🏥 Work Environment: Float Pool | Supports multiple patient care areas based on staffing needs 🤝 Role Focus: Direct patient support, basic physical care, comfort measures and maintaining a safe and organized patient care environment Qualifications 🎓 Education High School Diploma or GED required Post-high-school specialized training preferred 📋 Experience, Licensure & Certification Candidates must meet one of the following: Minimum of 2 years of experience , OR Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Additionally: BLS required ⭐ Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
