Nursing Assistant Long Term Care

Rotating Shift l PRN #LI-MR1 How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver comprehensive daily care, assisting patients with personal hygiene, ADLs, and safe mobility/transfers. Support RNs and physicians with clinical procedures and the delivery of population-specific care plans. Monitor patient conditions, promptly reporting physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff while maintaining clean patient areas.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional Preference: Memory Care experience.
