PRN How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living under the supervision of a nurse preceptor. Take, observe, and document vital signs, patient status, and test results, reporting all updates to care staff. Help develop patient care plans by contributing observed clinical data and diagnostic findings.
Execute assigned supportive tasks, including environmental services and patient transport for diagnostic procedures. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
