Luke's Cancer Institute in Boise is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the Clinical Oncology team. In this role, you'll partner with an experienced leadership team to drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. If you have oncology nursing experience and a passion for leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Full-time: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period)

Oversee daily nursing operations, patient care, and staff performance Lead recruitment, development, coaching, and evaluation of nursing team members Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage department resources, budgets, and operational goals Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements Promote safe patient care through infection prevention and staff education At St.
