✓The Manager has twenty-four hour responsibility for management of their assigned service lines/areas such that the delivery of high quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
✓Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement effective strategies to enhance the financial performance of the department and the organization.
✓The ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of all patient and departmental documents is required.
Three to five years’ leadership/managerial experience preferred.
