Day
Coordinates care among all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient care needs with the healthcare team.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Provides patient education and support. Ensures compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
Operates medical equipment safely and efficiently. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains accurate medical records.
Other duties as assigned. Records and communicates patient conditions. Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing BSN or obtained within 3 years of hire date Work
1+ year in the nursing specialty in which you are applying [Required] Licenses and
