You’ll need
Licensure
✓Valid Registered Nurse License required for the State where services will be provided.
Education
✓Must have a BSN from accredited program.
✓Indiana Perinatal Standards require that NICU and Obstetrics educators have a Master's degree, MSN preferred, or be actively in progress of obtaining the degree.
MSN preferred.
Qualifications
✓Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA).
✓Those hired prior to 9/2012, qualify under previous BS requirements.
✓Must have minimum of five years experience in direct patient care, preferably in area of specialty for position applied and have prior experience in education role (i.e. patient education, staff education, community, academic).
✓Indiana Perinatal Standards require that NICU and Obstetrics educators must have advanced neonatal and obstetrical experience.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills.

About the role
This position will be supporting the Packnett Family Cancer Institute on the PRMC campus along with the Outpatient Infusion service lines.
