The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner assesses learning needs, develops and implements educational activities, supports onboarding and competency development, and partners with clinical teams to enhance professional growth and quality patient outcomes in accordance with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.
Your Role within the team: Assess learning needs and lead evidence-based educational initiatives. Support onboarding, competency development, and professional growth for clinical Team Members. Serve as a trusted educator, consultant, and resource for evidence-based practice.
Partner with leaders and interdisciplinary teams to advance quality outcomes and practice excellence. Champion continuous learning and practice improvement as a change agent. Practice in accordance with the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice.
