The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of service provision for his / her clinical area. This responsibility also includes assisting with overall operations for the practice location as well as supervising 25 or more team members. Minimum Requirements Asssociate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or temporary North Carolina licensure or meet requirements to hold RN licensure in a compact state Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting or related required. 4 or more years is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Ambulatory experience is preferred.
