Nursing Staffing Scheduler-Float Pool

✓Requirements
Education
✓High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
Qualifications
✓One to three years of related staffing, scheduling or healthcare business experience required.
✓Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
✓Basic computer data entry skills with report development knowledge required.
✓Must be highly organized and thrive in a high pace setting while meeting multiple deadlines.
✓Excellent customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of nursing positions and understanding basic nursing staff patterns is strongly preferred.
Previous experience with automated staffing and scheduling software preferred.

Communicate staffing challenges toCommunicate staffing challenges to key stakeholders and collaborate on schedule adjustments that maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Track call-ins and overtimeTrack call-ins and overtime in the electronic scheduling system with precision, ensuring accurate hour distribution and payroll accuracy
