Minimum of 1 year acute care clinical experience and 2-3 years clinical and 1 year management experience in long term care preferred. Coursework in nursing management preferred. Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles as well as facility policies and procedures; demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care, communicates and works effectively with people.
