The House Supervisor monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations and activities. Acts as a resource for all the team members and works closely with other interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practice workflows and keep issues to a minimum. Supervises nursing staff, schedule shifts and their day-to-day duties on behalf of nursing leadership.
Perform administrative duties including scheduling nursing shifts. Collaborates with other departments and programs to achieve interdisciplinary improvements. Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients through awareness of surroundings and participation in the safety program.
Identifies and solves patients concerns, questions, and suggestions to ensure quality care is delivered. Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s)

License and
Valid California RN License Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS certification preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master’s degree preferred
Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse One or more years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
