PRN Days
- 4 shifts every 6 weeks. 12-hour shifts Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers. Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies. Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost-effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies. Represents nursing administration during off shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters. Provides direction and collaborates with hospital leadership during significant events, including organizational codes and system downtimes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- 2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent (i.e. charge nurse, chair nursing practice council, cn3, cn4) [Preferred]
