About the role

Reporting directly to the Hospital’s Administrator and Chief Nursing Officer, the NURSING SUPERVISOR assures the continuity of effective, high quality patient care for an assigned shift. In the absence of the Hospital Administrator, the NURSING SUPERVISOR has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions with appropriate notification of Senior Leadership.
