You’ll need
Certifications
✓Initiates CPR and calls a Dr. Cart
✓Must be listed on the IDPH Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR) as an Illinois CNA OR a nursing student who has passed the written competency exam and is listed on the HCWR.
✓CPR/BLS Certification
✓Moderate to extreme physical effort such as walking, standing, performing CPR, and lifting materials, equipment, objects and/or patients may be required
✓Job Type/FTE: Registry, 0.1 FTE
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
✓Ability to read and write, perform simple mathematical calculations, follow oral and written instructions, perform variety of tasks without direct supervision and perform duties requiring continuous physical effort
✓Ability to effectively communicate verbally and/or in written form
✓Ability to work in partnership with management and staff
✓Occasional lifting may be heavy and awkward, over 50 lbs.
✓Vision, hearing, and sense of touch must be adequate to enable one to quickly and accurately perform tasks such as reading small print, defining details, sending and receiving clear and accurate oral communication
✓Frequent periods of concentrated or focused attention will be needed to interpret visual, auditory, and sensory inputs
