Administrative Specialist I - Food & Nutrition Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week On-Site Position Department: Food & Nutrition Join our Food & Nutrition team as an Administrative Specialist I, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a department that helps deliver quality food and nutrition services across our organization. This position serves as a key partner to department leadership, coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules and communications, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting operational initiatives.
You'll also have the opportunity to work with technology systems, menu management platforms, and departmental data, helping ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate daily administrative operations and support department leadership. Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain department records and support process improvement initiatives. Assist with internal communications and project coordination. Serve as a resource for staff regarding administrative procedures and departmental operations.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities, this role supports the department's technology and reporting functions. You'll help maintain food service systems, assist with menu management and NetMenu-related issues, and provide data and reporting support that helps drive informed decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leaders and team members across the department while contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
