Position Details 0.81 FTE (65 hours per pay period) day shift every other weekend temporary position Week One: Monday 7am
2:30pm, Tuesday 7am
2:30pm, Wednesday 7am
2:30pm, Saturday 6:30am
3pm, Sunday 6:30am
3pm Week Two: Tuesday 7am
2:30pm, Wednesday 7am
2:30pm, Thursday 7am
2:30pm, Friday 7am
2:30pm. Responsibilities Prepares and portions food appropriately for designated area Prepares and delivers patient nourishments and tube feeding per department standards. Plates and serves food Accurately place correct item on tray in proper location in accordance with department productivity standards. Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures. Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils. Serves customers in cafeterias, doctor’s dining rooms and other non-patient locations. Accurately operates cash register.
