Position Highlights Specialty: OB/GYN — full scope, outpatient and deliveries
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Call: Rotating weekday and weekend call for own clinical patients; OB Hospitalist Group available for triages; ER call serves as backup to the OB Hospitalist Group — no direct ER call responsibility Delivery Volume: Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially Outpatient Volume: 30–35 patients per day on non-surgery days Team Structure: Supported by 19 OB/GYNs, 3 Uro-GYN specialists, and 3 APPs Teaching Opportunity: Engage with medical students and residents Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in-house, allowing you to focus on patient care What We Offer Guaranteed base salary with production bonus potential Physician time off including vacation and CME with stipend In-house billing, coding, and collections support Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Spanish language skills preferred but not required Why El Paso El Paso is one of America's most underrated cities — a vibrant, sun-drenched community consistently ranked among the safest large cities in the United States.
