- Seybold Clinic. Ideal candidates are self-aware, self-motivated, and empathetic professionals who value continuous intellectual and professional growth. Our OB/GYNs deliver comprehensive obstetric care and emergent gynecological services, focusing on women's health throughout their adult life. This includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions specific to the female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Our specialists also guide and support women throughout their pregnancy in the hospital setting. Position Highlights: Provide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care. Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations, performing hospital-based duties. Evaluate all patients in the ObED (triage), round on inpatient obstetric/gynecologic patients, manage laboring patients, and perform C-Sections, circumcisions, and gynecologic cases when indicated. Cover ER and/or hospital consults when indicated. Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group only. No unassigned drop-in coverage Work 24-hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month or 21 shifts/quarter, Monday

Licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified or Board Eligible Must have completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applying Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
