You’ll need
Licensure
✓board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✓Current Oklahoma Medical License and DEA/OBNDD
✓other required licenses/board certifications pertinent to specialty/area worked
Certifications
✓Must have formal NRHS Medical Staff privileges for specialty/area worked
✓includes age-specific competency
Education
✓Completion of a IM or FM residency program

✓Allopathic (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) Physician
