Opportunity Overview These positions are hospital-based OB/GYN roles focused exclusively on inpatient obstetric and emergent gynecologic care. The laborist provides 24-hour in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, supporting unassigned patients, emergency department consults, and inpatient obstetric needs. The model is intentionally structured to improve patient outcomes, support nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and reduce call burden for community-based OB/GYN physicians. • Certified or Board
• Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification Comfortable managing high-acuity obstetric care and emergencies Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care Interest in patient safety, standardized care, and hospital-based practice Open to experienced physicians and recent graduates with strong obstetric training The base compensation range for this role is $328,452 - $389,017 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
