Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy Assistant. One (1) year progressively responsible experience performing occupational therapy assistant functions preferred. TX State Occupational Therapy Assistant License required.
Current CPR certification required. Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).
