Staff Occupational Therapists are responsible for direct patient care evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong: customer service skills, clinical skills, and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development.
Effective time management and teamwork skills are an essential quality that will allow success in contributing to the operation of the Health System. Have responsibilities towards supervision of assistants involved in the care of their patients.
Required Educational Degree: Graduate of an Accredited Program in Major/Area of Concentration: Occupational Therapy Preferred
Master's Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: BLS - Basic Life Support; Must have passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification Exam and obtained Certification; Possess or be eligible for Ohio License as an Occupational Therapist. De-escalation training within 6 months. Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: N/A Required
