Year Commitment Join Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Team McLeod Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help patients regain independence and improve their quality-of-life following illness, injury, or disability. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and maximize functional outcomes. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive patient evaluations through history, observation, and objective assessment techniques. Provide occupational therapy interventions for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, developmental, and other functional impairments. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient progress, recommendations, and treatment plans.
