Responsible for planning and performing high quality Occupational Therapy for the patients referred to Witham Memorial Hospital Occupational Therapy Department and its contractual clients. Minimum

Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current certification or certification eligible by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
