Deliver goal‑oriented interventions focusedDeliver goal‑oriented interventions focused on neuromuscular rehabilitation, upper extremity function, cognitive and perceptual retraining
Collaborate with an interdisciplinaryCollaborate with an interdisciplinary group of providers—including PT, Speech, physicians, and care coordinators—to support comprehensive, coordinated care
Educate patients and familiesEducate patients and families on home programs, strategies, and resources to promote long‑term success and self‑management
Document clearly and communicateDocument clearly and communicate professionally to support smooth patient flow, team collaboration, and high‑quality outcomes
