You’ll need
Licensure
✓NEW GRADUATES: Possession of current Texas State license prior to orientation.
✓ALL OTHERS: Possession of current Texas State license.
Certifications
✓REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA)
✓however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
Qualifications
✓No previous work experience necessary. After completion of 3 full years/beginning of 4th year may be eligible for Occupational Therapist Level II.
Clinical experience in variety of settings, Hand Therapy, Ergonomics, as well as marketing and business familiarity. Spanish Proficiency preferred

About the role
Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable.
