What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans Fabricate custom splints as needed Document evaluations and treatment progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team What We Offer! $80k–$90k salary + generous PTO Medical, dental, life & LTD insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement & CEU support (MedBridge access + stipend for certifications) Leadership & career advancement programs Qualifications Occupational Therapist Program Graduate NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads) Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Sensory integration experience a plus Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid Additional Information The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000.
Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
