About the role

This job functions autonomously to deliver occupational therapy treatment, either through referral or direct to consumer. Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, assesses patients, and monitors progress toward treatment goals. Ensures patient needs are met through access to care, patient experience and quality of care metrics.
