Occupational Therapist (Outpt)

• 100% FTE, Sunday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health Home Health 2550 Charles St. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay At UW Health in northern Illinois, you will have:

• Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required Licenses & Certifications Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
