Full-Time, 80 Hours Biweekly Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using patient history, observation, and objective measurements. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique therapeutic and learning needs. Establish measurable functional goals and communicate treatment plans with patients and family members.
Provide occupational therapy interventions for a variety of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal, and physical impairments. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, re-evaluations, charges, and discharge summaries in accordance with departmental and hospital guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and communicate treatment progress.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in patient caseload. Supervise assigned treatment teams and provide guidance and support to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs). Participate in professional development activities, competency training, mentorship opportunities, departmental meetings, and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean treatment environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
