✓Collaborate with referring providers and recommend referrals as needed to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
✓Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
✓Participate in professional development and remain current with occupational therapy research and best practices.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions, develops individualized plans of care, and works collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support functional recovery and independence in daily activities.
