Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center, Under the supervision of the Rehab Service Coordinator, performs structured evaluations, conducts general activity programs, assists in planning and implementing treatment programs for individuals limited by psychosocial dysfunction. Provides supervision to COTAs. Utilities knowledge appropriate to the patient(s) age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
This position is on the Behavioral Health Unit. PRN hours would be a minimum of 1-2 weekend day shifts per month with occasional weekday and holiday hours
Required Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years' experience Required Psychosocial practice experience preferred, but would consider related experience. CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider Initial OT certification by AOTCB or NBCOT OT - Occupational Therapist (Maryland) License
