Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient's progress.

Required
Bachelor's Degree - Accredited program in Occupational Therapy. California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
