Schedule is every Sunday-12 hour shift and every Monday-10 hour shift Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join it's dedicated rehab therapies team. Our exceptional team of Occupational Therapists perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency) Documents accurately and in a timely manner. What you will need: Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree Current NYS OT license and registration 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experienced preferred Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
