As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll play an integral role in helping clients maximize independence and improve their quality of life by:

What you’ll do
Providing skilled home visitsProviding skilled home visits within designated territories
Performing comprehensive evaluations ofPerforming comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities, including ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, communication, and home safety
Developing individualized treatment plansDeveloping individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and independence
Assessing home environments andAssessing home environments and recommending adaptive equipment and modifications
Collaborating with nurses, therapistsCollaborating with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
