Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position. Candidate will receive an additional 40% of their hourly rate in addition to their base rate when working weekend hours.

Position is also eligible for yearly annual increases. Serving a wide variety of diagnosis from acute respiratory therapy , spinal cord injury, stroke and traumatic brain injury this therapy team offers extensive therapy to these patients progressing them to return to their highest level of functionality.

In addition, OSF Healthcare qualifies for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational TherapyLicensure/Certifications:State license and National Board Certification Occupational Therapy registrationCurrent state driver’s license for those providing Driving EvaluationsCPR certification within 90 days of hire​Other skills/knowledge:Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population servedStrong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition informationAnalytical ability to evaluate patients' Occupational and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients and document status, and assist techs and assistants in resolving problemsExcellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate mannerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious work experience as an Occupational Therapist Valid driver's license OSF Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
