BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Ocean County Visits team. You'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps adult and geriatric clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes throughout Ocean County, NJ.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll play an integral role in helping clients maximize independence and improve their quality of life by: Providing skilled home visits within designated territories. Performing comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities, including ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, communication, and home safety. Developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and independence.

Assessing home environments and recommending adaptive equipment and modifications. Collaborating with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and safety strategies.

Accurately documenting assessments, treatments, and patient progress using electronic medical records. Participating in interdisciplinary care planning to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. Qualifications Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Minimum of one year of recent OT experience. Prior home health experience preferred but not required.

Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Experience with EMR documentation preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation: $63.00-$68.00 per point ($93,600-$106,080 annual earning potential) At BAYADA, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
