Empower patients and their families through clear education on physical limitations and the proper use of adaptive equipment for a safe transition home. Create seamless care transitions by documenting detailed patient progress and providing essential insights for discharge planning and community support. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (COTA) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
