Description

Office coordinator for busy wound clinic. Greets patients with a welcoming attitude. M-F 0730-1600.

Scheduling of patients, entering charges, stocking office, coordinating services/exams/tests with other departments. Works in 2 computer systems, answers phone, relays messages, enters lab/radiology exams, obtains prior authorizations for exams. Assists nurses as needed/subs for the CNA/PCT of the unit when needed.

Must be flexible. Usual start time is 0730. May need to stay past 1600 if clinic is busy.

No weekends, holidays, or call.
