Henry Ford Family Medicine 2070 E Hill Rd Grand Blanc, MI 48439 Role Overview As an Asst-Office Operations, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors, while supporting the broader healthcare team in delivering exceptional care.

Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation. Verify and enter demographic information. Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification.
Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments. Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily. Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
